Olive Oil Parmesan Popcorn

Olive Oil + Parmesan Popcorn // shutterbean

Usually I love my popcorn plain with a lot of salt, but the other day I switched it up by drizzling our popcorn with extra virgin olive oil and throwing in a big spoonful of grated parmesan cheese. Have you ever tried Olive Oil Parmesan Popcorn? It’s incredible!  I love when you get a popcorn kernel that’s saturated in oil and smothered in cheese. A little bit of fresh parsley might be a nice addition too. And if you’re looking for a good popcorn maker, you MUST get yourself a whirley pop. It’s a game changer!!!

I am still grateful for your recommendation for a Whirly-Pop whoa those many moons ago. Boyfriend and I love it so much that it has become our go-to gift for fellow popcorn lovers (so, everyone).

YUM, I’m thinking some rosemary would be good in this too! I received a Whirly-Pop for Christmas, and it’s so fun experimenting with flavors. All mine have been of the sweet variety though 🙂

We ordered a Whirley Pop on the strength of your repeated recommendations. It arrived on Saturday, and we have used it several times already. We are extremely thrilled with it, and looking forward to trying this recipe. Just too full from dinner tonight. 🙂 Thanks for recommending it.
One question: We started with the recommended 3 tablespoons of oil and are working our way down. How much do you use when you pop a full load? Thanks!

I use 1-2. When Casey makes it he uses 3….and his popcorn always tastes a little bit better 😉
