Intentions for the Week

Intentions for the Week – Week 11 of 2020

Happy Monday, friends!

This weekend we had some baseball, I caught up on housework and I did some meal prep! I didn’t even need to leave the house this morning to go grocery shopping. I ordered an Instacart delivery and had my groceries dropped off on our doorstep right after I woke up.

Here’s what I am starting with this week:

Meal Prep this Week Includes:

I have a whole bunch to do around the house as I type this so I am going to keep it brief!  Here are my Intentions for the Week!

Last Week’s Intentions:

  • laundry
  • therapy
  • do meal prep
  • clean out fridge
  • celebrate Casey’s birthday
  • make Casey a cake
  • project with Daphne/invoice
  • break down boxes
  • complete a few pages in my test workbook
  • return order from Athleta
  • straighten up office
  • sit down with my calendar and plan
  • package/ship food journals The Handwriting Club 
  • track what I eat in my food journal this week
  • work in my Currently Workbook/ post February
  • catch up on social media
  • drink enough water (this  lid for a mason jar helps!)
  • continue not eating dairy, gluten & drinking alcohol
  • pull cards and write in my sketchbook
  • grocery shopping
  • paint nails
  • work in my sketchbook
  • work on a new recipe
  • send invoice
  • bookkeeping work/tax stuff
  • work on the spreadsheet for expenses
  • promote the food photography workshop I’m teaching in May 
  • water plants
  • work in the yard
  • edit photos
  • make artwork for post
  • go to the post office
  • follow up with insurance
  • cancel XM subscription
  • workout x 3 (out of my routine!)
  • build some time in to meditate
  • carve out time to do some art
  • get good sleep
  • take good care of myself
