My Everyday Life Week 36- Here’s what this past week looked like:
Labor Day was spent at the Calistoga Speedway with Uncle James.
Cooper got a guava snow cone!
It was pretty thrilling when the racers turned the corners.
This tree has seen things.
This one too.
Ungainly is a word I never hear.
A cloud of dirt in the parking lot.
I am (not) sorry I let her on the couch, James.
You are what you drink?
Friendly reminder to move your body.
I gave him a buddy.
It is filling me with delight to see how they cuddle throughout the day.
She’s happiest being on my pillow.
Shrimp taco. night. Hooray for a good avocado.
September feels like:
Random seeds make life interesting!
I wish I could tell my younger self we would grow these one day.
I would also tell her that she’d learn to love sunflowers. She just had to learn to like the color yellow.
I’m glad my mom tried to teach me to never say “never,” because you just never know.
Vibed with a baby deer.
The iridescence of a turkey feather.
Zippo sent me this lighter to play with. I am so happy I can light my tall candles! I like that I can refill it with lighter fluid, so I don’t have to keep buying lighters that never seem to last.
My Mom loved Red Robin.
Hosted my first practice pages this week on Substack! I shared how I check in with myself.
I found a huge mug.
My artist date adventure brought me a lot of JOY.
Checked out Buteo Books with Neiley.
I love you to the moon and back.
Cuddle puddle.
Does that say Can? Cam?
I left my mark.
Adults in kids’ chairs.
Back to School night!
Paying attention to notes from the universe.
Reset Button salad at Good Earth with Tammi!
My favorite breakfast sandwich went back into the rotation.
A run-in with a hibiscus. I made hibiscus tea this week, too.
Movie night this week with MC. We watched 9-5! I caught this moment with my favorite scene with Lily Tomlin.
Neiley’s painting.
Art Decko. That’s what I call art time on my deck with friends.
Studying lines.
The red green combo.
Journal time.
After Lisa and I both pulled the Hold Your Centre tarot card from The Lightworkers Oracle Deck.
Today is a full moon in Pisces and the beginning of eclipse season.
Hold your Centre.
