Intentions for the Week

Week 5 of 2020- here’s what week 5  looked like last year.

Happy Monday, friends!

This weekend we had basketball, and baseball tryouts and housework and rest! As I type this, I’ve got laundry going, and FINALLY a clean kitchen after spending a few hours doing meal prep.

 


 

Meal Prep This Week includes:

Last Week’s Intentions:

  • laundry
  • package/ship food journals The Handwriting Club 
  • track what I eat in my food journal this week
  • catch up on social media
  • check in with private facebook group for  Currently 2020 Workbook 
  • sit down and work in my Currently 2020 Workbook 
  • drop off items to donate
  • take pictures of new print
  • have a date with my calendar
  • vacuum living room
  • vacuum family room
  • edit photos
  • break down boxes
  • make artwork for post
  • research flights
  • grocery shopping
  • workout x 3 (worked out twice)
  • put Christmas ornaments in storage
  • wash inside/outside of car 
  • make banana bread for the boys
  • facetime with long distance friends to catchup (phone chat!)
  • drink enough water (this  lid for a mason jar helps!)
  • continue not eating dairy, gluten & drinking alcohol
  • pull cards and write in my sketchbook
  • track my steps with my Fitbit
  • work in the yard- move planters/maple tree
  • paint nails
  • play around with air fryer
  • clean up floor of bedroom closet
  • eat more salads 
  • make some art with Cooper
  • make a new recipe

  • make some time to read for fun

  • drink enough water (this  lid for a mason jar helps!)
