Today my baby is 15!! FIFTEEN YEARS OLD. Insane, right? Some of you have been around since he was a baby (thank you!). I cannot believe it!

Ok now that I showed you what I eat for breakfast in this gluten-free lifestyle, let’s take a look at my Gluten-Free Lunch Ideas.
To recap I eat:

In the past year, I have opted for a lighter afternoon lunch. I have a later breakfast so lunch is around 1-2ish. Since we both work from home, I usually take whatever meal prep I’ve done and make lunch for Casey and I.
