Intentions for the Week

Looking to get your head in the game? Tracy from Shutterbean makes a weekly TO DO LIST called her Intentions for the Week. Here's what this week looks like:

Happy Monday, friends!

Back at it with another Intentions for the Week list. I was just looking at my blog and I counted 157 Intentions for the Week lists. THAT IS A LOT!!!! This practice has really helped me be accountable every week. Thank you for joining me in it and helping me hold up my intentions!

We are now on week 39 of 2019. Here’s what week 39 looked like for me last year.

This weekend was pretty good! We had a few friend hangouts, I did a bunch of work in my garden and inside the house.  I GOT CAUGHT UP ON LAUNDRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I messed up my kitchen and then cleaned it up again. We went to a local block party with friends and I then I camed home and cleaned out my fridge and did meal prep. See below:

I also spent some time and added work to the PORTFOLIO section of my blog so you can look through my portfolio. I’ll be continuing to add to it over the next week. I’m also updated my FAVORITES SHOP, so be sure to check that out if you’re ever wondering what my favorite kitchen tools/meal prep tools, art supplies, and cookbooks are.

I’m headed to Sebastapol at the end of the week with my good friend Helen Jane. We are going to have an introvert/creative lady weekend and I’m looking forward to it. Thank you for updating your favorites! Years ago, I bought several of your fave kitchen items that have served me very well (like those measuring spoons… LOVE them).

Would you consider adding your rainbow maker to the list? I have started to look for everyday sparkles because of your posts.

Miele vacuum all the way! My first one is still going strong after almost 20 years, but it was looking pretty battered after a couple trips down the stairs, so I recently bought a new one and put the old one on the 2nd floor so I no longer have to lug the vacuum up and down the stairs.

  • Linda

I second a Miele. Went through so many canisters that just didn’t hold up.
My Miele is still great at 15+ years!
