Intentions for the Week

Looking to get your head in the game? Tracy from Shutterbean makes a weekly TO DO LIST called her Intentions for the Week. Here's what this week looks like:

Intentions for the Week- Week 4 of 2020  (here’s week 4 in 2019)

Happy Monday, my loves!

I’m taking a break from folding laundry right now to write down my Intentions for the Week.  One of the first things I do is open up my calendar to see what’s on the docket for this week. I rock a combo of a moleksine calendar and Google calendar to keep me organized.  We’ve got a bunch of sports going on this week.  To get ahead of the schedule, I did some meal prep!

I saw that you prepped cashew cream. Would you mind sharing your recipe (or recipe source) and also some ideas of how to use it? I’ve had cashew cream as a dip for fruit but I also know there are some savoury uses. Thanks.

Seeing your pizza bagel recipe immediately made me think of the pizza bagel jingle and to ask, have you watched Pen15? If not, you should!
